Most women spend their entire lives responding to pressure without ever being taught how to regulate themselves inside of it.

And strangely enough… firearms training reveals that very quickly.

The gun doesn’t care about your intentions.

It reflects:

In many ways, it becomes a mirror.

In this special edition of The WGOAA Collective: Discussions for the Modern Armed Woman, Hannah Hannah returns for a deeper conversation on what training under pressure can teach women far beyond shooting itself.

This is not a seminar about becoming a competitive shooter.

This is a discussion about composure.

About learning how to regulate yourself when things get uncomfortable.
About pressure exposing where we panic, where we hesitate, and where we still need work.
About discipline becoming a form of self-respect.

Using lessons drawn from competition shooting, performance training, fitness, dry fire, and nervous system regulation, Hannah will explore how training can sharpen:

Because calm is not something you either “have” or don’t.

Calm is trained.
